VPOS.am subscription and recurring payment terms

Overview

Prepaid periods, cancellation and conditions for any future recurring payment mode.

Current mode

Each service period is confirmed before payment. Cancellation prevents a future renewal and access continues through the already paid period.

Future recurring mode

If the bank activates tokenized recurring payments, VPOS.am will obtain explicit consent, show frequency and amount or calculation method, provide cancellation in the account or through support and send notice at least seven days before the first post-trial charge or a material price change.

Failed payment and retries

A failed payment does not activate or renew a period. Any retry must remain idempotent and the customer can use another available payment method.

FAQ

Does VPOS.am charge cards automatically now?

No. Current SaaS periods are prepaid and automatic card charging is disabled.

What is required before recurring payments can be enabled?

The acquiring bank must separately activate the mode, and the customer must explicitly accept the amount or calculation method, frequency and cancellation terms.

How can a subscription be cancelled?

Cancellation can be requested through the account or support. It stops a future renewal and does not shorten the period already paid for.
