How VPOS.am service prices are formed, when a price is considered agreed and which third-party fees may apply.

1. What VPOS.am services include

VPOS.am services may include payment-flow analysis, integration planning, checkout or payment-link setup, webhook configuration, server-side verification, CRM/ERP/CMS integrations, fiscalization, reconciliation, technical support and operational assistance.

The scope depends on the selected scenario: website, mobile application, CRM invoice, ERP order, QR payment, tips, subscription, booking, marketplace or custom API.

2. How the price is determined

Projects differ by provider, CMS, CRM/ERP, payment methods, fiscal requirements and support level, so the price is calculated individually.

Before payment, the client receives a specific price or price calculation rule in a commercial offer, invoice, contract, specification or written communication with VPOS.am. Without such confirmation, the client has no obligation to pay.

3. Currency and payment moment

Payment may be invoiced in AMD, USD, RUB or another agreed currency if stated in the invoice or contract. AMD payments use Gulian Digital LLC bank details with IDBank.

Payment is considered made after funds are credited to the settlement account or after a verified provider status. Bank, correspondent-bank and payment-provider fees may apply under their own rules.

4. What is not included

VPOS.am is not a bank, payment institution or acquirer and does not set tariffs of banks, payment systems, wallets, fiscal operators, SMS/e-mail providers, CRM, ERP or CMS platforms.

Third-party licenses, paid modules, bank fees, fiscal expenses, hosting, domains, certificates and external contractor services are agreed separately when required.

VPOS.am provides integration services, so pricing depends on the payment provider, CMS, CRM/ERP, fiscal requirements, scope and support level. The specific price is confirmed before payment in an invoice, contract, commercial offer or specification.

Which costs are not included in the VPOS.am price?

Bank and provider fees, licenses, paid modules, hosting, domains, certificates, fiscal services and external contractors may be agreed and paid separately when required for a project.
